Delhi to Boost Last-Mile Connectivity with New Electric Bus Fleet

Delhi is readied to boost its mass transit network with the enhancement of 500 compact, seven-meter electrical buses by 2027 – 28 Principal Priest Rekha Gupta revealed the procurement under the Centre’s PM e-Drive scheme.

  • Boosted Connectivity: The smaller sized buses will browse narrow roads, boosting access to clogged areas.
  • Modern Qualities: In spite of their dimension, the buses will certainly consist of air-conditioning, CCTV, panic switches, GPS, and real-time guest information.
