North India Braces for Wet Spell, Temperature Fluctuations

- Serious Weather condition: Electrical storms, lightning, and gusty winds (30 – 40 kmph) expected in Jammu-Kashmir-Ladakh-Gilgit-Baltistan-Muzaffarabad and Himachal Pradesh on February 10
- Temperature level Shift: Northwest plains to experience a progressive temperature level rise complied with by a subsequent reduction.
