There’s one thing pretty great concerning a primary cake baked in your house by, or for, an individual you want. Some of my fondest recollections within the cooking space are of cooking, side-by-side, with my mum– always merely a dish and whisk, completely nothing fancy. And at present it’s one thing I end with, and for, my very personal youngsters.
For me, house cooking is an act of affection and kindness and this blackberry and low hazelnut cake is not any exemption. If you want, provide the cake with a glob of creme fraiche and extra blackberries, though it’s really nice just by itself with a cleansing of topping sugar.
