A 57-year-old Cambridge, Ont., girl encounters 2 charges after a Fergus man was hit and killed by a transit bus in Guelph final month.
Police state the girl was apprehended on Sunday and at the moment encounters charges of legal oversight creating fatality and reckless driving creating fatality. She is due to present up in courtroom on March 28.
A 49-year-old Fergus male handed away onJan 8 after he was struck by a bus in Guelph’s midtown core.
