(Reuters) – DirecTV will definitely finish its organized buy of Dish tv after shareholders denied a monetary debt swap that the discount relied upon, Axios reported on Thursday, mentioning a person acquainted with the problem.
Satellite tv firm DirecTV said beforehand this month it’ll actually desert its meant the acquisition of EchoStar’s satellite tv for pc television group, that features Dish TELEVISION, byNov 22 if shareholders don’t settle for a monetary debt trade.
