highschool pupils had an enhancing expertise discovering the aeronautics market on the Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA) on Friday (Jan 10).
Organised by AirAs ia in partnership with KKIA, the neighborhood program invited 40 pupils and instructors from Maktab Rendah Sains Mara (MRSM) Kota Kinabalu, strengthening its dedication to neighborhood upliftment and schooling and studying.
The people skilled behind the scenes procedures at AirAs ia’s second largest middle in Malaysia.
Activities consisted of a check-in and separation simulation, a directed airplane see, a taxiway journey, and an intro to Airport Fire and Rescue Services (AFRS).
The program intends to provide impoverished pupils with a particular tutorial expertise pertaining to flight, stimulating ardour and widening career ambitions in aeronautics.
AirAs ia Malaysia CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, Captain Datuk Fareh Mazputra, burdened their thought in encouraging younger folks with understanding and producing paths for them to know their wishes.
“Through this programme, we aim to inspire students, many of whom may be experiencing aviation up close for the first time, to consider aviation as a viable and exciting career choice,” he claimed in a declaration.
He included that this system furnishes pupils with distinctive understanding and level of views required to achieve success on this ever-evolving market.
“By nurturing local talent, we ensure that the aviation sector remains dynamic and sustainable, contributing to both the economy and the growth of future leaders in aviation,” claimed Fareh.
“As Sabah’s main gateway, we applaud KKIA’s continued initiative to inspire students and teachers by providing firsthand insights into airport and aviation operations, encouraging them to explore exciting career opportunities in this field in the future,” he included.
The program coated 2 days to swimsuit pupils from 2 schools, with the sooner session on Jan 7 entailing 39 pupils and instructors from Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Petagas.
