Jaipur: 75 % low cost shall be given in land conversion payment. Exemption shall be given below Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme (RIPS). Exemption shall be given to enterprises established below RIPS-2024. The Urban Development Department has issued a notification on this regard.
There shall be a certificates to be submitted below this scheme. Under the scheme, a certificates issued by a reliable stage should be offered. After this the physique will give 75% low cost within the premium of 90 A. Certificate of manufacturing shall be offered by the entrepreneur.
Then 25 % of the deposited quantity will even be reimbursed. But restoration shall be finished for violation of the provisions of the scheme. The low cost and reimbursement quantity shall be recovered from the entrepreneur together with curiosity.
