Ajmer : A case of rape of a minor by a neighboring relative has come to mild in Dargah police station of Ajmer. The accused fraudulently known as the sufferer out of his home on the pretext of assembly her. Then he coaxed him and took him with himself. Where the accused threatened and raped her.
The sufferer’s mom has filed a case of rape of her minor daughter within the Dargah police station. Police station in-charge Narendra Singh is investigating the matter. Assistant Sub Inspector Shyamlal stated that the sufferer’s mom reported that her minor daughter was raped by a neighbor relative.
She has alleged that being neighbours, the accused used to speak to her minor daughter. His daughter was lacking for a very long time. During the dialog, the sufferer knowledgeable in regards to the incident that occurred to her. Told that he was known as out of the home fraudulently on the pretext of assembly. When she went to fulfill him, the accused coaxed her and took her with him.
Threatened and raped her. After this he left her again close to the home. After narrating her ordeal to the members of the family of the minor sufferer, a case was registered on the Dargah police station. The police registered a report below sections of the POCSO Act and began investigation.
