Camel milk is very nutritious
Dr. Niranjan Chiraniya told that camel milk is considered very nutritious and increases immunity. In such a situation, the use of this milk and the products made from it will prove to be very effective for public health. He told that it is very difficult to make curd from camel milk, but if curd is made using new technology, then it is considered very nutritious. In this workshop, farmers of Churu district will be taught the special technique of making curd from this milk.
