In this case, police arrested taxi driver Mohammad South, 20, son of Mohammad Yunus, resident of Meghwal Ka Bas of Tinwari and Akram alias Babu, son of Abdul Latif, 28, resident of Telian Ka Bas. After the arrest of each the accused, the police deployed police power in Tinwari in view of safety. After this, the police took out a flag march in Tinwari and surrounding areas together with Jodhpur.

Hindu and Muslim organizations showered flowers on the police in the course of the flag march in Tinwari. He expressed happiness over taking speedy motion and making the arrest. Along with this, the Muslim society ostracized the accused and their household. On Monday, the third day of the incident, Mohammad Iqbal Babu Rathod, President of Kaum Nagauri Telian Panchayat Samiti Tinwari, issued a message by writing on the letter pad of the society.

He took this step due to conspiring to spoil Hindu-Muslim unity, damage the feelings of Hindu faith and destroy social concord. Hindu organizations tremendously praised the step taken by the Muslim group group. This sort of motion was taken for the primary time.
