Relief to taxpayers submitting audited revenue tax returns, deadline prolonged until November 15

Jaipur: Income tax payers have gotten an enormous aid on Diwali. Relief has been given to taxpayers who’ve submitted audited revenue tax returns. Under Section 139 (1) of the Income Tax Act, audited revenue tax returns must be submitted. The final date for evaluation 12 months 2024-25 was 31 October 2024.

But now it has been elevated. Now the final deadline has been prolonged until fifteenth November. Central Board of Direct Taxes-CBDT issued orders as we speak. CBDT has already prolonged the deadline for tax audit report.
