Jaipur: The Sanganer Sadar police station of the capital has arrested suspended head constable Tanuj Chahar of Uttar Pradesh Police within the kidnapping case of an 11-month-old boy. The police have recovered the kidnapped boy from Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. A reward of Rs 25,000 was introduced on the accused. The 11-month-old boy was kidnapped from Vatika Sanganer on June 14, 2023. Revealing the case on Wednesday, DCP South Digant Anand stated that on June 14, 2023, a case of kidnapping of an 11-month-old boy was registered in Sanganer Sadar police station. The boy’s mom Poonam Chaudhary had lodged a report that an individual named Tanuj Chahar kidnapped the boy. Initial investigation revealed that Poonam Chaudhary lives in Sanganer Vatika together with her husband and youngster. Accused Tanuj Chahar is the son of the lady’s maternal uncle. He was posted as a head constable in Uttar Pradesh Police.
