Fertilizer seed vendor Ramesh Chandra Goyal stated that on Sunday night he closed his store and was going house with a bag containing about Rs 6.50. After closing the store, a bag full of cash was saved within the footboard of the scooter. The shopkeeper’s again was turned for some time. Meanwhile, a boy already sitting in ambush pounced on the bag and bumped into the market. The incident created panic out there.
Police arrange a blockade
