Lost Lake Resurfaces on Old Maps, Sparking Revival Wishes

A historical lake, nearly two miles long, has been recognized on 19 th and 20 th century maps of North Delhi by the Indian National Count On for Art and Cultural Heritage (Intach).

  • The lake spanned areas currently referred to as Qadipur and Nagli-Puna.
