Mumbai– Several significant Indian firms are introducing duration leave policies, reflecting an expanding recognition of menstrual health and wellness in the office. RPG Group subsidiary CEAT launched a two-day-a-month duration leave plan in 2025
- CEAT (RPG Group): Two days of leave each month.
- L&T: Someday of leave monthly.
- Zomato: Up to 10 days of leave annually.
These dynamic actions intend to cultivate an extra inclusive and encouraging work environment for female workers, acknowledging the challenges some experience during menstrual cycle. Experts forecast even more firms might embrace comparable policies in the future.
